Valentine Quote

Yep, I searched my many books of quotes and poetry to find an appropriate quote--and hopefully one that would be guessed. I think I have succeeded.

First though, last week was from Mein Kampf and I just thought it a very interesting line.

OK now with this week's:

Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips
and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come;
Love alters not with his brief hours
and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me prov'd,
I never writ, nor no man ever lov'd.

One of Shakespeare's sonnets, but I can't remember which number. I think it's the one that starts, "Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds."

Congrats!

It's 116 and starts "Let me not to the marriage of true minds admit impediment". I had to memorize it junior year high school. I did come across a few others I liked but I didn't think they would be answered.

Darn that Kit, always a step ahead of me. I figured Shakespeare, and I remembered the last line, but...

Have a Happy Valentines Day. *hugs* And look, you're the only one this icon actually applies to. :)

It always seems to be coming down to you two. I might try to branch out next week.

Happy Valentine's Day to you too! Hug the family for me! And thanks for the icon : )
