Quote 18

Well, I guess everyone takes my last story for granted that they never even thought of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. I loved that story and even made a trip to Sunnyside, Washington Irving's home in Tarrytown. If you know where to look, you can see it from the Tappan Zee Bridge crossing from NJ into NY.

I'm going to do a literary quote one more time to see how well it's received. If poorly, I'll return to either lytics or tv/movie. So let's try it.

Fire burst from its open mouth, its eyes glowed with a smouldering glare, its muzzle and hackles and dewlap were outlined in flickering flame. Never in the delirious dream of a disordered brain could anything more savage, more appalling, more hellish be conceived than that dark form and savage face which broke upon us out of the wall of fog.

In other news, last week I had some horrible infection--upper respitory or sinus, I don't know. It started with a dry throat and cough before moving up into the head. Nose wasn't really runny, but it was stuffed as were my ears. My head felt heavy too which makes me lean towards sinus. Anyway, luckily I had 2 days off to try and recover but I still felt miserable come Friday plus I had very little voice. So I put in a call to the ENT and by afternoon I had a Z-pack. All better now. Hopefully, it's cleared out of my system--vacation in a little over 2 weeks!

OK, I think that's all! : )

I swear to you I have absolutely no idea.

Glad you're feeling better.

Hint 1: look at the description. There are a couple of keywords that let you know what he's looking at. Once you crack that, you'll have the title.

Hint 2: It's a mystery novel

OK, I know what it is now. But I never read it.

Gagh! I should have gotten the last one. Ah well. As to teh current my husband walked by and said, "Why is she quoting The Hound of the Baskervilles?"

Congrats! Yep, that was "Hound". I was so into Holmes when I was younger. I still have the complete collection. Hm, now I have to think on nexr week....
