All Done :(

Well, I read the book within my own time limit yesterday. I pikced it up after work yesterday afternoon and started almost as soon as I got in the door. With a break for dinner, I finished before midnight! 8 hours and 9 minutes total.

What a ride! Ups, downs, and many suprises. I liked how she brought back a big chunk of characters from previous novels even if they only had a line or two of dialogue. I loved the interaction of the Three and how they've all matured and have their own strengths. Some of the deaths were a bit "Why?" but as it was to be a final battle, you knew the body count had to be high.

All in all, I loved it and I think, perhaps in a few months, I'll re-read them all after the other.

Having got through the rush of the initial read, I'm going back now and re-reading, and picking up details I missed the first time. I found it impossible to read this book at a leisurely pace!

I read it at my usual pace. I don't think I have a leisurely setting. I jut simply blocked out all else. Well, I did have the ballgame on but at low volume. I can't read in total quiet.

But why Fred??? I'm not in a good place with that.

I so knew Snape was good! :)

Yeah, i was upt about Fred too, but I knew it was gonna happen especially after he was just joking with Percy. That whole thing made me smile. I was so happy they reconciled.

ANd yay for Snape. All for the love of Lily.
