Well, I started putting out some feelers today regarding a masters degree, most likely in English. Anyway, one of the sites got my name and I just had a phone call. The man said he'd pass my name to three possible schools with online courses and I'd get phone calls either tomorrow am or Monday. Depending on the calls, I'll get brochures/pamphlets/booklets on the program. It feels pretty good. Now, I'm just not sure if it should be a MA or MFA. Anyone out there care to give me an opnion on the choice.

Wikipedia Answers tell me that an MA is to study written works that have already been created, such as an MA in English. An MFA is more for people who wish to create the written works, such as an MFA in Creative Writing.

OK, that clarifies what they are and may make my decision a smidge easier. Thanks!
