Yay!!! It's fixed!!! I did it myself, actually. I downloaded the trial version then put in my registration number et voila! I don't think the tech that called this morning was all that impressed. I think they still want to know why it didn't work to begin with.

But I have my docx-s back!

I guess this means I'm back to doing the transcript today!
