Well, after all, he *IS* the Doctor! I would hope he'd sound like himself, regardless of the face.
That said, I wonder what the War Doctor will sound like? Less zany and "H.G. Wells meets Father Christmas," surely...but will he be at all recognizable as technically the same guy?
