Picked up a new laptop the other day. It's smaller than my previous one and I need to get used to the new keyboard which makes typing a little slower. I hope to continue with my Psych character facts as well as writing and transcripts.

It's only been 2 new eps of Doctor Who so I can't really say how I feel regarding them. Yes, I'm excited it's back, but they really haven't grabbed me.

I've seen the first two episodes of Heroes Reborn and I remember enough of the original series to get some of the references.

The CW shows begin next week which are the ones I'm really looking forward to.

It's currently 48 degrees outside (8.888 in celcius) and damp. We didn't get the heavy rains but it's still nasty. I remember coming up here to visit my sister one year and got snow flurries at the end of October.

And, as you can see by the icon, I am very happy with my New York Mets who have made the post=season for the first time in 9 years. Obviously I want them to take the World Series but I'll take each round as it comes

Is the new Heroes good? I liked the first season of the original one, but they lost me in the 2nd year. I know part of it was because of the writer's strike, but still.

As I said, I've only seen the first two episodes. I have it set on the DVR so I have to watch the last one. The. First season was the best and then it seemed to get caught up in its own mythology. Noah, (HRG) is still there acting as the connection between the two. As it's a short run, I think I'll stick with it

I wasn't a huge fan of the first episode of Who this year, but thought that the second was one of the best of Capaldi's age that they have done yet. There were a lot of episodes last season that made me go 'meh'. I feel like I might be an every-other-doctor person. I loved 9. Was never a huge fan of 10. 11 was 'my' doctor. 12 is alright, he's interesting but I feel like the magic is not there as much for me. The pattern falls apart when we are talking classic who. It's a free for all there.

Mostly I miss River. And Jack.

I so miss Jack, more so than River. Yeah, last series had some meh moments, I agree, but I do like Capaldi. Last night's was good
