Today I was cultural. Some friends from work joined me for a drive down to Ft Lauderdale where we saw the King Tut exhibit. Man, was it cool! The fact that many of the artefacts are wood and have survived are amazing. I know its basically because of the arid desert prevented moisture which usually rots wood but still, it was a cause for awe. The craftsmanship on the jewels and the engraving is unbelievable especially when you think of the tools at their disposal.

It'll be it Ft Lausderdale until the end of April and then will go to Chicago, Philly, and NYC. If you can, you really ought to go see it.
