Happy Halloween!
Oct. 31st, 2005 10:36 amHope everyone is having a wonderful day so far. Yesterday was the big 4-0 but I actually celebrated it with all my brothers and sisters, 3 in-laws, my oldest niece and her husband, and my oldest nephew and his girlfriend. I knew about the siblings but my niece and nephew were a surprise. Co of course had to blame me for ruining her Halloween weekend again just like when we were kids.
Anyway, when we get together we are always very very silly...and loud...and rambunctious (?) We sang at the top of our lungs to any number of songs, 2 sisters did a little impromptu "ballet" to "Bohemian Rhapsody." A conga line to "I Go to Rio"..... Oh, and then there was the candy fight with little pumpkins that taste like candy corns.
As Co mentioned over in MfM, they all pitched in and bought me a new iPod nano which I registered under the name Serenity. I couldn't help myself as I am reading the novelization at the moment plus having just seen Co and talked shop. The first songs transfered in? Beatles of course! What a fab start to my vacation!
