I chose this because I liked what it's saying and how I could use it to show agreement in a post. That's my main reason for chosing my icons because of what they say or show. I also loved this scene from Tooth and Claw. Yeah, i know, no earth-shattering amazing reason but it works. When I overhauled my icons, there was no question of this not staying.

Remember WENN was a TV show created by Rupert Holmes about a radio station in Pittsburgh in the late 1930s/early 1940s. It was quirky and fun and unfortunately unavailable on DVD since AMC don't seen the potential in its release. Anyway, I just learned there was a comm for this show and knew I needed to have something for posting there.
I have become a recent convert to all things John Simm. I had heard mentions of Life on Mars while reading DW comms and it sounded intriguing. then when word came out he was going to be in DW I knew I had to watch it. He is such a fabulous actor and damn gorgeous to boot. This icon is from a guest spot on the comedy show "Spaced". He appears as a mysterious stranger in the airport. He doesn't say a word but really doesn't have too.

I have been catching up on all David Tennant's past work and Blackpool rates up there as one of the best bits of television. He plays a detective investigating a murder in Blackpool and falls for the prime suspect's wife. The main twist to this show: songs are woven into the action and helps advance the plot.

Well, as my name states, I'm a major Beatles fan. I needed an icon with all of them and this was just such a great shot. Really not much to say on this one.

I watched Firefly from the beginning and despite how they all came together, that crew bonded and became their own kind of family. I use it when talking about my own big family and it can also apply to the LJ family that has been built around this show. It's simple but expresses alot.
