Wonderful news! ALmost unbelievable news! I lost 7 pounds since Friday! At least that's what my scale says. I even weighed myself twice to make sure. So how did I celebrate? Went shopping. :) A new pair of sandals and 4 shirts.
I also want to say that my thoughts and prayers are with those in the midwest especially
hfleming8 in Iowa and
iansmomesq in Wisconsin.
