State of Hurricane Watch
Oct. 22nd, 2005 05:03 pmWell, at least it shouldn't be as bad as Frances and Jeanne last year. We ran away for Frances(Cat 2) to my brother's in MD but we stayed for Jeanne (Cat 3). Smart, eh? Last i heard Wilma (cue Fred Flintsone impressions) was going to be arriving during the day Monday which makes a nice change. I barely slept when Jeanne came through, dozing when the eye passed over. Keep you fingers crossed!
As for the Shakespeare show the other night.... It was not the real guys, the Reduced SHakespeare Company, but it was fun anyway. We were in the second row and I was trying hard not to mouth the lines with them. There's lots of audience participation, especially when it comes to helping Ophelia find her motivation. Again, rent the DVD if you see it!
