Hurricane Journal #3

OK, this won't be as long as the others.

As you can see, we got the power back this morning. I ended up going to work after all and was there from 9 till almost 6. It was madness after the hurricane.

Driving there I saw a large number of uprooted trees and some store signs blown out . Then there were the gas lines. They reminded me of when I was a kid in the 70s.

Things seem to be back to normal now so I'll keep you updated to any follow-ups!

Well there you are, all happy to post your hurricane journal. Nice reporting. And I heard the cheers and groans firsthand as I was on the other end of the phone when the power came back - and left again.
Wouldn't have wanted to be you at the store.

So...Just another hurricane...Glad you guys are OK.

It's not long. :) And, can you believe I did it?
Yeah, too bad we couldn't go together. But I'm gonna be getting up there later anyway. The kids have about 1,000 things scheduled on Saturday.
