According to iTunes, the poor thing is corrupted and I can't do anything with it in Windows. No updating, synching, nothing. I tired all the suggestions I've found on the Apple site but nothing works. I bought it at Best Buy and have a 2 year warranty on it so hopefully this is covered. I'll go there Saturday when I'm off and hopefully can get it either fixed or a TARDIS 2.0. Fingers crossed

Thanks. According to dakfinv who works at a Best Buy, it shouldn't be a problem. I just don't know what happened. I never had this with my old one.
